All Result cards must be completed in full and returned to the match secretary by the Sunday night following a match, failure to comply with this will result in 2 points being deducted, if the result card has been posted it must have a first class stamp and a Friday AM postmark to allow it to reach the Match Secretary on the Saturday Morning.
